Q. How do I place an order?

A. You need to select a category of choice of your product. It is recommended to register with us to speed up ordering process.

Second, enter your full shipping address.

Third, check the final price including shipping charges. Select one of the payment options from –Prepaid, Net-Banking/Debit or Credit Card, Swift and Paypal.


Q. How do I confirm that my order is properly placed?

A. You will receive a confirmation mail and SMS as soon as you place order for product(s).


Q. How do I place Bulk Order?

A. You can select the items from the catalogue and can direct pay there with the available option.


Q. How can I save my Shipping in Bulk orders?

A. You can select the items and send us a list by Email so we will send you Performa Invoice with consolidated shipping cost and bank details. Once you will confirm then can wire the amount in any convenient way.


Q. How will my order be delivered to me?

A. We have reputed courier services and we ensure that your product is delivered to you at your doorstep at scheduled time.


Q. I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/net banking but the order was not successfully placed.What happens to the money deducted from my card?

A. First, check your bank account to ensure your account has been debited. If in case your account has been debited after a payment failure, you will get your money back within 7 business days. However, the time varies from bank to bank. If the transaction is successful and the money has been credited to our account, we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request.


Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. As long as your order is not dispatched, you may cancel your order. We recommend you to contact our customer support as soon as possible to cancel the order. We will return full money to your account if the order is not dispatched.


Q. Do you allow product exchange?

A. We have a return policy. For more details, please read Cancellation and Return section.


Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we do ship internationally.


Q. Can I return a part of my order?

A. Yes, you can return a part of your multiple ordered products. However, we only accept returns with all components as well as complimentary gifts (if any).However, in case of any promotional offers, contests and special schemes, terms and conditions might apply for returns.


Q. How long will the return process take?

A. The return request typically takes 72 hours once you place your request with our Customer Care Service. In case you return back on your own, it is your responsibility for choosing appropriate courier service. Once the product is received by us, we will inspect it and that will take about 2 days. Therefore, the return would initiate within 2 days after product inspection.


Q. Do I need to type my address every time I order?

A. When you enter your address for the first time, it will be saved in My Account section of your -----> Address Book link. If you want to change your address, you can modify your default shipping address and billing address.
